Weekend bookings are for 3 nights - Thurs/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon Check in is from 3pm on the first afternoon until 10am on the last morning. If you cannot stay for 3 nights, you can stay as long as you like on the day prior to check out date.
	The cottages are available for guests from 3pm and should kindly be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
	All cottages have a minimum stay of 2 nights unless stated otherwise i.e minimum nights apply for public holiday weekends/Easter/Christmas packages, etc.
	A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a booking. Balance is payable on departure.
	Holiday tariffs apply from late December until the end of January. During this time all cottages have a minimum stay of 7 nights, and have varied minimum booking amounts based on the size of the property. Refer to the tariff table on each property page for details. These cannot be booked on-line.
	Any booking made with Johanna Seaside Cottages is conditional to the client having fully read and understood the Terms & Conditions. All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum of 50% deposit on booking.
	It is the guests responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.
	Johanna Seaside Cottages will not be held responsible for failure of utilities, essential services or appliances such as electricity and water should they cease to function. However should it be made known to Johanna Seaside Cottages, we will make every attempt to contact the appropriate authorities or people responsible in an effort to rectify the problem. We will not give you a discount if we cannot arrange a repair during your stay.
	In the event that any property is damaged maliciously, or beyond normal wear and tear, or in the event that property belonging to Johanna Seaside Cottages is lost or taken during the course of the booking, Johanna Seaside Cottages reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property to the guest, and in that regard, the guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charge facility used for payment of the booking.
	Dogs are welcome but we do ask that all dog hair/mess is removed from all furniture, floors and gardens prior to departure or else an extra cleaning charge will be incurred. Please do not let dogs on or near the leather lounge suites in cottages.

Cancellation Policy:

	If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival date, the Deposit is refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days to arrival date, the Deposit is refundable only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again. If the dates of the booking are not rebooked, then the deposit is retained by Johanna Seaside Cottages.
	Johanna Seaside Cottages may at any time cancel your booking if in our sole discretion there are reasons which require us to do so. If this happens we will give you a full refund of all monies that you may have paid and we will have no further liability to you.
