The Valley sits nestled between the valley and Johanna Beach. The Valley is a spacious family home, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.Enter the house through the courtyard into the large family room. Featuring a freestanding wood fire, large smart TV with Foxtel, and comfy leather couches with seating for 10 adults, this is a very welcoming space for the whole group to relax in together.
Adjoining the family room is the stunning open plan kitchen with large living and dining area. With a Ceasarstone island bench as the centerpiece, the large kitchen was designed specifically to make catering for large groups an ease, featuring a 900mm electric cook-top, two 900mm Bosch ovens, two French door fridges, two dishwashers, abundant cupboard and bench space, and a Breville espresso coffee machine (uses beans or ground coffee).
Sliding doors from the dining room open on to the outdoor entertaining area, featuring an artisan built brick pizza oven, large family gas BBQ and lawn area. This fantastic space is perfect for outdoor entertaining, and with a Western aspect it’s the place to sit and watch the sun set over the paddocks.
Off the kitchen, a sliding door opens to the wide central hallway, leading to the five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a split king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. This bedroom also provides private sliding door access onto the external deck with views of the Johanna Valley. The other four bedrooms each have a split king size bed, with the second and third bathrooms each with shower, toilet and vanity.
A second living area adjoins the main family room. This space is great for the kids, with couches, bean bags, board games and smart TV with Foxtel. It also provides desk space for home office.
A very popular feature of the property is the indoor heated communal swimming pool, which is accessed from the courtyard and is available for use all year around. The pool is also accessible for other guests staying on the property.
The location is also ideal for those completing the Great Ocean Walk, providing a true ‘walk off, walk on’ experience, with access direct from the Great Ocean Walk at Johanna Beach onto the property.
